Hello! I am Olena, licensed Esthetician & business owner of O’ESTHETICS located in Wayland.
I successfully completed Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 2016 and have traveled to Europe to learn new techniques and methods in the field.

COLLAGEN INDUCTION THERAPY

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you and is considered confirmed when it is made.
We require at least 24-hour advance notice to reschedule/cancel the appointment, otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your total service cost.

Failure to arrive for your appointment or notify us will result in a 100% charge for your reserved services.
PRODUCT RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please bring in the product within two weeks of the purchase date. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or product more suited to your desired result. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, you may have a full refund.
